I can’t check my email!
99% of the time, we get this call because of two things.  Either your Internet connection is down (and if you are reading this, this isn’t you) or someone has changed your Outlook Configuration (or you have a new installation of Outlook).  So, if you are reading this then you should probably call us.

Keep in mind that you cannot check your email when your Internet is down.  If your Internet is down, you need to check with your Internet Service Provider (ISP), most people have cable modem or DSL service,

I couldn’t get my website to come up for a few minutes, but a friend of mine was able to pull it up.  What does that mean?  Was my site down?

No, your site did not go down.  Sometimes when ISPs cache their DNS things get a little off.  This usually corrects itself in a few minutes.

I am setting up a new account in Outlook.  What settings do I use?

Call us.  We will be happy to help you out.

I tried to send a friend an email with attached files and it would not go through.  Am I doing something wrong?  Why won’t it go through?

There is a limit to the size of an email that you can send.  As a rule, you do not want to send an email larger than 5MB.  If you are sending pictures, you normally do NOT want to send the files your camera stores.  Those files can be very large.  You should resize your photos first.  If you select the photos from a folder on your computer and use the “Email this file” option on the left, it will give you the option to automatically resize them.  Call us if you need some advice.  We will be happy to help you.
